The manifesto

Independent dental practices run on instinct. Owners juggle the PMS for clinical, QuickBooks for financials, Google Analytics for marketing, a half-baked spreadsheet for everything in between — and somehow still walk into the morning huddle ready to lead a team.

The corporate dental groups don’t run this way. They have analysts. They have dashboards. They have advisors who tell them, every morning, exactly what to focus on.

Beacon brings that operating clarity to the independent practice. We don’t sell another report — there are enough reports. We synthesize the reports that already exist. Every overnight upload, every QuickBooks pull, every Google insight gets aggregated, sanitized, run through Claude, and returned as one morning briefing the owner can read in 90 seconds: what to celebrate, what’s slipping, what to do next.

The numbers are already there. We just stop hiding them behind seven different logins. We’re for the dentists who chose independence and intend to win at it — without becoming their own data team along the way.

What we believe

Privacy is non-negotiable.

No PHI ever lands in Beacon’s database. The sanitizer runs before parsing; only aggregates are persisted.
